EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY


The changes / return will be FREE in Spain, except the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, whose expenses will be pay by the customer.

You have just arrived your new sneakers and any of these 3 cases occur: 

ALL OK.- You have your sneakers, now you get to live them. 

NO OK.(Within 20 days) - I do not like what I have received and I want my money back. Follow these steps: 

1) Contact the transport company whatsapp (647 962 126) and requesting the collection of the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. 
2) Call us at 959 256 296 and tell us your case. 

ALL OK, BUT… (Within 20 days) - You like your sneakers, but you are small or have seen more beautiful: 

1) Call us at 959 256 296 and let us know your case. We take care of preparing your new sneakers and cambiártelas by ancient. 

NOTE.- Whether for exchange or refund, properly preparing the new package with the sneakers in its original box, making sure they are in perfect condition, unused and in the same condition it arrived (labels included). Protect the box well with proper packaging as the same we use for shipping back to arrive in perfect condition (think that the same product can be purchased by another customer), otherwise it can reach penalized up to 25 €.
